Vintage Composition Madame Alexander, Princess Elizabeth Doll

Description

This is a beautiful Madame Alexander, “Princess Elizabeth” doll. She is 15″ tall and I think she is from the 30″s.  She is all composition, no cracks that I can see.  I think her eyes are tin with lashes and I think this is human hair from the information I have read. The clothes are not original but somebody did a very good job on designing and making the clothes, pants, slip and dress.  the slip has a safety pin for closure.  The shoes may and socks maybe original, I am not sure, but one of the shoes need a replacement sole.  Her hair is in the original pin curls.  Great collector doll.  The pictures can describe her better than I can.
